Complex notes of citrus, peach and pear, with a clean, salty minerality. The palate and finish express a pleasing tension and structure with a freshness that will age gracefully for many years.

Points of Interest

A natural, native yeast fermentation without any additives, allowed to settle naturally for 12 months, equal parts in fiberglass tank, neutral 400L oak, and sandstone amphora. This is Loïc’s estate bottling sourced from his 3 parcels on a combination of sand and schist soils.
“Équilibre” Savennières

Savennières AOC

100% Chenin Blanc

A wine with real power and serious depth, aromas of peach and pear with hazelnut, sweet spices, and beeswax. The palate expresses great structure and a nice balance between freshness and strength. The finish is persistent, with citrus fruits, white flowers, and a lengthy saline sensation.

Points of Interest

Hand-harvested, with less than 300 cases produced, from pure schist soils and very thin top-soil. The 0.15 hectare parcel is facing south in the lieu-dit of Chamboureau, just outside of Épiré, in the northeastern part of the appellation. Aged for 18 months in equal parts, neutral 400L barrels and amphora.
“Les Fougerais” Savennières

100% Chenin Blanc

A wine with deep complexity, marked by aromas of yellow, stone and orchard fruits, crushed rock minerality, and hints of nuts. On the palate, the profile is elegant but with a vigorous power, followed by a persistent and energetic finish that expresses orange zest and great sapidity.

Points of Interest

Sourced from 1.5 hectares of thin, sandy soils, on a dense bedrock facing south in the lieu-dit of Les Fougeraies. Located in the northern part the appellation, away from the river, Loïc planted the vines in 2000 and manages every step of the natural farming technics. A native yeast fermentation, without enzymes or additives, aged in 400L neutral barrels for 12 months with a total of 18 months before bottling.
