The “Rabbit” wines are a part of the Ress family brand. Balthasar Ress began not with a vineyard but with a guesthouse. In 1870, a young butcher named Balthasar, passionate about hospitality, opened a Guesthouse. Five generations later, they have an EU organic estate, wine bars, an export company, and several brands that satisfy the needs of top wine collectors, and provides everyday wines for newcomers exploring the wonderland of German winemaking. This negociant project sources high-quality grapes from around the Rhineland. Five generations of experience and local relationships ensure both value and quality. The wines are made simply, reflect the classic character of the local terroir, and are 100% delicious.
