“White Rabbit” Riesling Rhineland
Landwein Rhein (Rheinhessen)
Riesling
The White Rabbit Riesling is sweet with a fruity nose, with notes of apricot, peach, and citrus alongside a hint of vanilla. On the palate, there is a lively interplay of fruit and fine acidity that makes this Riesling fun to drink, a wine that fits every occasion.
Points of Interest
Fermented spontaneously with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. This approach preserves the typical varietal character and a lively interplay between sweetness and acidity. 9% ABV.
“Red Rabbit” Rheinhessen Pinot Noir
Rheinhessen
Pinot Noir
The Red Rabbit’s nose leads with fruity aromas of Morello cherry and blackcurrant, joined by subtle earthy notes and a hint of lilac. On the pallet there is good structure with relaxed tannins, elegant acidity, and a freshness that follows through with a harmonious finish.
Points of Interest
Punching well above its weight class, aging is in a combination of large wooden casks of 2400 liters and 500-liter tonneaux (30%) for 18-24 months, allowing the wood to integrate evenly into the blend. You won’t find a Pinot at this price point with this level of quality.
