Straddling the worlds of Chablis and Champagne, this cremant, which is produced entirely in-house at the domaine, is the full package with a balance of bright, fresh berries and taut acidity that encourages and rewards each sip.
Points of Interest
The Pinot Noir clone, Pinot Fin, was originally brought to this region from the Côte d’Or for red wine production because of its smaller berries and superior aromatic qualities. It is, of course, harder to grow and produces much lower yields, but the complexity it adds to Lucie’s Cremant is worth the work.

Bright and lively on the nose with citrus. On the palate, there is great sapidity with volume and balance. This Petit Chablis stands out for having more texture, depth, and length within the Petit classification.
Points of Interest
The Appellation for Petit Chablis forms the first level of classification in the Chablis area. With soils dating to the Tithonian age, a little more recent than those of the other appellations in the region, this usually results in a lighter, more delicate Chardonnay.

A very expressive nose with a perfume of summer flowers, citrus and orchard fruits like apple and pear. A distinctive salty sensation compels the minerality and palate. Medium-bodied with fortitude and persistence in the finish.

Chablis is a unique place because vineyard classification is more closely tied to the geology and soil than in any other region in France. The main substrate is Jurassic limestone, called Kimmeridgian, from over 150 million years ago. The rock contains deposits of tiny, fossilized oyster shells which remind us that Burgundy once lay beneath a warm ocean.

A generous wine even when opened at a young age. Its hue is a lovely straw yellow. The nose has a pronounced elegance with a floral bouquet, notes of almonds and honey. Tender and abundant on the pallet, its character is well-balanced but full-bodied. True to the terroir of this Cru.
